1. General Provisions

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

mv999 currently accepts deposits via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service, linked directly to a bank account, and provides fast and secure transactions on mv999.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the payment method used for the most recent deposit.

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at mv999 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Any winnings from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. The current wagering requirement is 15 times (15x).

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly stated alongside the offer.
• Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules

• Providing false or misleading information.

For any of the above violations, mv999 may close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

mv999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms or if suspicious activity is detected. In such cases:

• The account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.
• The balance may be forfeited if a breach of these Terms is proven.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, provided that wagering requirements have been met.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

mv999 follows its own policies regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. The applicable conditions for the balance of an inactive account may be updated from time to time, and the account holder will be notified by email.
